Welcome to the land of giants. We left Yosemite National Park just after breakfast and made the 4 hour drive to Sequoia National Park. The largest living things in the world are in Sequoia National Park. The General Sherman tree is 311 feet tall and is guestimated to weigh in around 2.7 MILLION pounds. I don’t often get in my own photos, but without a human perspective it is hard to appreciate what you are seeing. I’m the startlingly handsome guy in the bright red ski suit.
