An evening at Mary Duprie’s Studio

I spent an enjoyable evening at Mary Duprie’s studio. It was fun and educational. One of the photographers mentioned that she had never worked with “hot” lights so Mary pulled out her wonderful assortment of lights and the fun began. Mary is a master at crafting a wonderfully simple yet believable set. The shot below is intended to be a gentleman waiting for a train as the late day sun is shining in. It was great to help make it come together as we fine tuned the lights. The second image is just a glimpse to show what goes into crafting such a shot. Thanks for a nice evening Mary!
